APA National Team Championships

On August 21st through the 29th the APA National Team Championships will take place in Las Vegas. There will be three seperate individual National Team Championships and they take place at the Riviera Hotel & Casino.

There will be an Open 8-Ball tournament, a Ladies 8-Ball tournament and a Open 9-Ball tournament. The Open 8-Ball tournament is open to men and woman and has a first place prize of $25,000. The Ladies 8-Ball tournament is ladies only and has a first place prize of $10,000. The Open 9-Ball tournament is for men and women and has a first place prize of $15,000.

The tournaments will be played on 3 ½ x 7 ft. tables. They play a modified version of the single elimination format so that every player gets to play at least two games before being eliminated.

All of the nationally qualified teams will receive $350.00 when they register for the event.
