Golfer Star Found dead in her Vegas Home

Erica Blasberg was found dead in her home in the suburbs of Las Vegas last Sunday.



Erica was only 25 years old and really just in the beginnings of her very promising career.

Police got a 911 call from a male golfer who found Erica's body in her bedroom on Sunday afternoon.

Police are investigating. They have not ruled out suicide.

Erica's father says the circumstances around her death do not add up. He does not believe that she would have committed suicide.

"It doesn't add up, knowing how excited she was about playing," he said. "She was at the prime of her life and in a career she loved."

That is just really sad. It seems like she was doing really well in her career and she had such a promising future.

I saw this on the news the other morning and was shocked,I watch golf and follow it a little bit.

I have seen her play many times and she was pretty good.The situation of her death is funny and things do not seem to be to me a suicide.I think that she was murdered.

She was not showing signs of depression or anything and her career was doing good.She had everything going in the right direction that she wanted to be in,and to kill herself just doesn't seem possible to me.

I saw this on the news too and it just doesn't make sense that her death would be a suicide. I've watched her play before and she was really, really good. To me this seems like foul play. She just had so many things going for her, for this to be a suicide.

I agree Rival, I think when it all comes out there will be a lot more to it!! I just can't see an up and coming star like her kill herself.

We will have to wait and see what they find out.
