Default Mike Tyson.

Tyson was doing the ringside announcing for saturdays fights at Treasure Island.

He was doing the announcements for the Internet pay per view feed of Don King's website.

This was new for Tyson and it seems that he did a great job. He is apparently a talented announcer.

Quote:
Tyson found his groove quickly, riffing on James De La Rosa’s jab in his bout against Lenin Arroyo: “It is so ironic that the jab can be so effective in a fight, in this game, and that’s why it’s more a science than being the big, strong tough guy from a bad neighborhood. A guy who never had a street fight in his life can be a master in here. He can give you an awful shellacking.”

He prodded De La Rosa, who ended up winning a decision, to go for a more emphatic ending: “De La Rosa doesn’t have much resistance in front of him, so I think if I was in his position I would just go full speed ahead and try to take this gentleman out.”
Hopefully this is something that Tyson does again. It seems that people enjoyed his commentary. Wish I had seen it.

I didn't watch it either. I had no idea that he was going to be doing that. I know that he had a lot of followers while he was fighting and they stayed true even through all the trouble that he got in. He sure had a lot of talent.

You mean he can do something besides fight? LOL That is great and I am sure he will be great at it.

I've seen Mike Tyson in a few movie spots before too. Although he didn't have much to say, it was always witty and it made him look good or funny.

I'm glad to see Mike take to the calmer side in life, even if people have torn his life apart with gossip.

I'd like to see more of Mike Tyson in movies and comercials. He cracks me up sometimes.

i wont get into a long post but i have spent time with mike and we have many mutual friends. mike is a good man. he is nowhere near as broke as everyone seems to think. he is NOWHERE near as "dumb" as the media would have you believe. the saying "crazy like a fox" always comes to mind when i think of mike...
