Default !!!SkyDiving Rush!!!

If looking for a thrilling rush while visiting Las Vegas...Why not jump out of a perfectly good airplane at 14,000 feet off the ground or higher??

Personally having a fear of heights I could not even think of attempting something like this, though I do love to watch others having fun doing it.

In Las Vegas from 8 to 5 every day you can have the joy of the jump, all the while being strapped to an instructor for safety reasons.

Tandem Skydiving

I know of several people that do this as often as possible and they all love it. The way they talk about it you would think it was a way of life. Though I personally prefer to keep myself on the ground where I belong, but I will always go along just to watch everyone having a good time.

Here is another video I found of a Tandem jump, which shows everything.

Personally I had trouble watching the video especially of the plane taking off and of course that VERY LONG first step off.LOL

Hope all you thrill seekers enjoy this one.

That does look awesome!

I know I'd be scared the first time, at least until the shoot deploys safely.

That's got to be a rush each time a person jumps out thousands of feet off the ground.

LOL, I take it that your not afraid of heights then VegasLuvsMe?

For someone like me, skydiving is like a heart attack just waiting to happen. I would be dead before the plane lifted off most likely,LOL.

Can ya tell I have just a little fear of heights??

I do however like to watch others do it. Everyone seems to have a great time.

Nope, I'm terrified of heights, but I've put myself in the position in parts of my life so I can overcome that fear.

On construction jobs I've had to hang with safety ropes up to 100 feet off the ground. Or go up in a scaffold on the side of 200 foot towers to work on electrical conduits.

Flying is also one of them. I've flown all over the U.S. and to several overseas countries on business trips.

I just think it would be fun to jump out of a plane and fall. I'm not sure how I would hold up now, but it would be one hell of a rush.

I don't even have the nerve to get on an airplane little alone jump out of one while it is thousands of feet up in the air! Yes, I am a chicken!

A while back though I read about indoor skydiving in Las Vegas. I can't recall the name of the place but it is something that even I could do. It looks like a lot of fun.

I was flipping through channels last night and I saw Kendra Wilkinson (from The Girls Next Door) and two of her friends doing the indoor skydiving in Las Vegas. It looked like a blast. Then of course they decided to do it topless so that was a little more than I needed to see lol.

Check out this video from Youtube.

Yep, that's the place to go if you are scared to jump out of a plane.

After you go in there a few times and get use to it, then you can go out and do it for real and not get in a pannick on your first sky-diving jump.

I may even try this one day before I jump out of a plane.
Did you hear the part where it is harder to float in the wind tunnel than it is when you jump out of a plane and float?

This is a little pricey too, so bring a couple hundred with you if you plan on going in more than two times.

$75 for the first try and then $40 for additional wind flights.

I'm in for all the thrills and extreme things you can do, but I think if you ever wanted me to jump out of a perfectly good airplane you would have to drug me or get me drunk, LOL

The wind tunnel is something I would try before you could convince me to jump out of a plane that wasn't crashing.

Now this is intresting. I may even be able to get up enough nerve to attempt something like this.

I dont ever see me jumping out of an airplane unless there is an emergancy on board and even then someone is gonna have to force me out,LOL.

Though this seems like it wouldnt be to bad. At least at an indoor skydiving terminal your only twelve feet from earth. That I may be able to handle with out to many problems.

I will have to check this out when I visit Las Vegas. At least I could say I did something out of the norm. LOL.

Funny thing is I love roller coasters even though I have a severe fear of heights. My Mother is the same way. She and I both have gone on many roller coasters together, yet neither one of us can manage a climb on a ladder around the house,LOL.

I think that if I can ride a roller coaster I should be able to do this indoor skydiving thing with out a huge panic attack.

Thanks for this great tip and idea.
