Default What do you prefer

Almost everyone loves one sport or another and Las Vegas offers pretty much everything that you can imagine.

My question is if you were going to make a trip to Las Vegas to see any type of sporting event at all what would it be?

I love to watch golf, volleyball, racing, demolition derby's, monster trucks and so on. So when I visit Las Vegas I will be looking for a sporting event to attend that is something that I am going to love and gain some memories that I will forever cherish.

In Las Vegas you can find just about anything that you could possibly want to see. I may even stop in to see a boxing match or something like that even though I was never really into that sort of thing. Though I am curious why people like it so much.

I may have to check out other sporting events also when I go to Vegas just to say I was there, and of course tell everyone here about it all.LOL.

I don't think you would want to watch boxing. Well, at least not the last match that lasted just under 2 rounds.

I wonder how many people were upset with how short that fight was.
I hear it was a really good match though.

The kind of sports I would like to see in Vegas are Football and Hockey.

I have yet seen a live Hockey match, but I had once dated a gal in PA who was all about the Philly Flyers.

She had pucks, a stick, a jersey, and I think a pair of scates too;
all of which she had found/caught and been given, during the games and game fights while watching her favorite team play on the ice.

a big boxing match is hard to beat. have been to some big ones. i also like the smaller venue(ballroom) fights. i have been to unlv football games. very nice set up. there is a rink in the orleans where the wranglers play minor league hockey. im not a big "fan" but i will usually skate a practice or two with them if i have time. it is a nice night out even if you dont like hockey. very cheap compared to alot of sporting events. i dont really care for basketball but unlv always puts on a good show. i know i have been to minor league baseball out there but im not sure if a team still exists. im sure it can be googled. minor leage baseball is always a nice night out....

A hockey game might be intresting to see. That is another thing that I have never watched in person.

Thanks 1819 I will have to look into this and see if there is going to be a hockey game going on when I visit Vegas. Its always nice to do something new when ever possible.
