Prive Nightclub Late on Rent

The Prive Nightclub in Las Vegas is in a bit of hot water. I guess Harrah's owners have had to tell the owners of Prive to either pay up on their past due rent and expenses or leave the casino they are located at, Planet Hollywood Resort.

Just last month Harrah's took over Planet Hollywood. Prive is in bankruptcy.

Prive was in trouble not long ago for allowing minors to drink and also for dumping off the drunks in the casino! They were fined and were to pay an initial payment of $125,000 and five monthly payments of $50,000. Apparently they have only made one of those payments.

Harrah's is actually going through the court system to try and evict Prive.

Prive owners are seeking an extension so that they can decide whether or not they want to renew their lease.
