I am Jeff and I say make believe because if you are looking for the ride and fun of your life the real estate market in Las vegas is it!
Not only will you be able to get a home for under 50,000 , you can get one for under 30,000. ( i just bought a one bedroom on Hacienda , gated , pool, gym for 22,500 Gabe Harvey was my agent)
I think never before has there been a time to buy cheap. SFR's under 100,000
all over town. Look for info and share with me your stories and experences on real estate in Vegas/Clark county.

That was a great price on that house you bought. Gated community is a great place, the sense of security would be reassuring.

Pool and gym too. Doesnt get much better than that.
