Im not sure if they have or not but if they have, the only way to go is up.

Hopefully the housing market will recover soon but in order for that to happen, people need good paying jobs so that they dont get into financial trouble when trying to buy a home and pay their bills.

Whats hard to figure out is how this all happened, how it got started in the first place. And it sure seems that no one gives a good damn about the little people that are having hard times right now.

Jobs, I'm with you on that one. The other about what went wrong, it depends who you talk with. Bottom line, we have a mess especially in housing. I see it every day. Its getting better though.

Thank you for the good news on Las Vegas housing getting better, rbridges.

I'd hate to think that Vegas would turn into the old New York City one day.
It's great to see that the ex-mayor of New York had gotten cleaned it up (although I'm not sure what shape it's in now).

All it takes is a good City Mayor to keep a city clean and moving forward, and of course with the help of his staff.

I must say, I dont think we will turn into old New York City. Of course, I dont have any idea of what it was like. You're right, good mayors can do wonders.

I try to keep up on whats happening in Las Vegas, northwest especially because that's where I live.
