Condo's is Las Vegas seem to be selling well even now , this is according to the New York Times, with 1/3 of second homes being bought in this way.
There are over 80 new high rise condo's being planned at this time, good news for anyone in the market to buy a condo there..
Prices seem to run from upper 300,000 all the way up to over $4 million, this is a luxury condo building, named the , Allure.
Also there is a building called Panorma Towers that they run from 600,00 to over 2.5 million, the building is 30 stories over the Las Vegas strip, sure would be a beautiful view from this building..
The list goes on, the prices all seem to be about the same as the two above.

Well thank you very much. Now I don't have that kind of money but if I did it would probably be the way to go.

Las Vegas is a beautiful city with so much to do. I would just love to live there. There has to be alot of people in the market for a nice condominium in Las Vegas.
