Current Market Conditions
If you are looking for a house in Las Vegas the market has plenty to offer right now. Houses are selling but not like they used to so you have lots of choices available right now.
Selling prices are stable and the inventory has even grown a bit over the past few months.
The market has more short sales to offer in the Las vegas area right now over any other type of sale.
If you can wait out the length of time it takes to complete a short sale then Vegas is the place to be.
In Las Vegas, home prices are the lowest they have been since 1998!
