Decades of Low Home Prices to Come?

I was reading an article and it said that experts don't expect the Las Vegas housing market to bounce back fully until right around the year 2030! Thats quite a long time from now.

Chen estimates that Las Vegas home prices won't return to their pre-recession peak until after 2032; in Phoenix, the rebound will take until 2034; and Salinas, Calif., and Naples, Fla., won't come back until sometime around 2038.

As you know though you should take the predictions with a grain of salt as always. The housing market relies heavily on the overall economy so it's simply hard to to be that accurate that far into the future.

With all of the job losses we have had in the past, I dont see much of an improvement any time soon either.

It takes money and a consistent income to be able to buy a home and with the economy in the shape it is, it is very hard for anyone to make it these days let alone buy a home.

And, those predictions about home sales also tell me that the economy wont improve much any time soon either.

I agree with you , as you have provided very precise information which would be related to each case and i hope you will be very experienced trader.But the main benefit is ofcourse for a person who is involved in these jobs, but similary many other people can find this information very useful and hence this increase their knowledge some way or the other.
