Default Land shortage.

It seems that there isn't alot of land left for expansion. Vegas is surrounded by Native American lands and lands owned by the Bereau of Land Development.

Builders are finding it difficult to find land to purchase. This makes finding new properties difficult.

Builders will place a bigger emphasis on the urban-village concept because of the limited availability and high cost of land.

We are going to see a much greater integration between retail and residential. I think we are going to end up seeing a lot more things like The District. I would bet you if Town Square hadn’t had height restrictions, it would have had a residential component. Look at the failure of condo conversions. It was because it was not integrated with retail.
The ideas that they have will make living and working in Vegas as profitable as it has ever been. This land locked city will continue to grow and improve despite the current land limitations.

I agree with you, Vegas isn't going anywhere but up! Vegas is one of the top destinations in the world so no matter whether people can just go and purchase any piece of land that they want or not, Vegas will continue to grow.

Land is about the only thing they are not making anymore - I agree that will not stop Vegas guess they will start building up instead of out now.
