Smile Me and You in Las Vegas (real estate)

I am Jeff and hope this finds all of you buying property here. this is the best opportunity of a generation to buy right. 90% of people who are millionares did so in realestate. If you see my post in the general secton of this forum you will see that i already bought some and it was a great deal. the thing i also did was lease option it out right away to a great tenant. I locked in a great profit if they buy and got the unit rented to people who get a great price if the market picks up by next year.
I hope to have some great feed ack on the state of real estate in your worlds.

Hello again Jeff. Your link wont work for me. Can you please reenter it?

As to real estate here in Ohio, in the section of Ohio that I live in, things are rather slow, but that is because of the steel mills having so many layoffs and one is closing completely.

We have had many businesses in this area go out of business, like Circuit City and several others so the job market here isnt all that great.

But with all that said, there are still great deals in this area to be had, and the chances of obtaining a land contract here would seem to be an avenue of purchase worth looking into. Then the home could be rented out to make the payments.

Even with the economy in the state it is in here, there are ways to make a nice profit, one just has to look around and explore all the avenues of purchasing these homes that may be available to one who is interested in doing so.

Hi,

Hoping that you might have some input for me as I will be relocating to Vegas from NY in the next 4 months. I am considering American west Homes but I can not decide on Coronado Ranch 89139 or Highlands Ranch 89141. I have a 3 year old so schhols, parks and of course shopping should be close by.

Thanks so much,Dawn
