I had thought last year, or six or seven months ago, was the best time to buy a home or land in the Las Vegas area?

I guess the Las Vegas economy isn't quite picking up like they were saying if real estate is easier to buy now.

There may be a reason behind all of this too, there usually is.
Basically, they're trying to get more people to move to that area, especially if they've built more homes and a lot of them are empty at this time.

I have hear that this was happening in Vegas,you know that this could mean that maybe everywhere else will start to feel the trickle effect and all of our realestate will star increasing in value.

I would love to live in Vegas myself and I have been checking out the prices of different homes around the Vegas area and I see the prices of homes going down,while the value of the homes are going up.This is a major tourist area and money is going around Vegas all the time.It would be a very good investment to get ahold of some property there.
