Question Where would you want to live in Vegas?

Hopefully some day I will be able to afford to move to Vegas. I've already found the condo I want to buy at Panorama Tower North. Prices start at $265,900 for a base model 1,111SF condo and peak at $7,764,000 for a 12,940SF Penthouse model located on the 45th floor. IMO, these are very reasonable prices, considering the awesome location.

The views can be awesome. This property is located directly across from City Center and the Bellagio.

It's nice to dream, right?

If you want to window shop, you can check out their site at http://www.panoramatowernorth.com/index.htm

Where would you live in Vegas if given the chance to move anywhere?

I don't know all of the streets and things in Las Vegas but I think for me I'd want to live on the outskirts somewhere. I'd prefer somewhere a little more quiet but close enough so that it's easy to be in town when I want.

To me, that tower looks great for a time share - but not to live permanently for two reasons:

One, shopping for groceries has got to be hell. You will have to have a car to go away from the strip or pay yourself silly. And who wants to drive and park a car downtown Vegas? Not me!

Secondly, I need some outdoor space. A balcony big enough for a grill and seating for two is the very minimum, but a yard is much preferable. I need some greenery, trees and flowers - and did I mention space for my grill?

Looking at the pics, it feel very hotel like, and a lot of people just love that. But not me, I need something with more character...

Then again, the pricing is really reasonable. I bet those will sell easily, especially the lower priced ones. Looks like a good investment, given it's structurally sound and the monthly condo fees aren't too high, gotta count those in.

Fair enough, but in defense of these condos, each one has a balcony.

I can honestly say that it would be impossible for me to ever move to Las Vegas reguardless of how much money I had. Even if I were a multi millionaire I couldnt live in Vegas, this is because I would end up spending it all on shopping sprees and of course in the various slot machines,LOL.
