Default Would You Move To Las Vegas?

I am really curious if any of you would move to Las Vegas willingly? I am really curious about this because I know that Vegas is the city that never sleeps and it is also highly populated as well which means that the crime rates in that area are rather high.

Also it would be very expensive living there, and on top of all that there is also the fact that it is so easy to gamble there that it would be rather difficult to keep any of your pay check in your pocket for living expenses and bills.

I will say it would be awesome to visit there every now and then to allow yourself to have a ton of fun doing what ever it is that you want to do, but to live there I just don't think that would be something that I would really do.

Plus of course 95% of my family are on the eastern side of the country so Vegas is in the wrong area and I don't think I would like being that far away from everyone that I love.

Though what do you think about all of this?

Since I am a country girl at heart and have always lived in small towns, Vegas would definitely not be somewhere I would want to live.

Plus, I love the surrounding hills here and the all the trees plus the 4 seasons and Vegas has none of the above so I will stay here in Ohio.

I am like you, all of my family is here on the eastern side of the US and to move away would not be a good thing for me.

I am sorry I don't know anyone who lives there, but you might want to check out this website. Someone here might be able to help ya out because there are a few people there who buy and sell properties and maybe they will be able to give you some advice or maybe point you in the right direction.

No promises but it never hurts to give it a try!! I hope that when you make the move to Vegas that all goes smoothly and that you are truely happy living there!!

Thats a good question. I also am a smalltown, country girl and I could never leave my family so no, I would not move to Las Vegas. Now if my family were to move out that way then I'd probably give up the country life to go and be near them but short of that happening no. It's a great place for a vacation though!

I have to agree with vegasrocks... I grew up in a small town and tend to stay away from the big city life.

But if I had a lot of money, or was a millionaire, I would think about moving to Las Vegas.

There's a lot more to Las Vegas than just gambling.
