Bruno Mars Busted in Vegas for Drugs

Hawaiian popstar Bruno Mars got busted for drugs in Las Vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on September 19th. He had allegedly been doing cocaine in the restroom.

The police found that he had 2.6 grams of cocaine on him. At the time he told a police officer that he had never done drugs before.

Bruno Mars has several hit songs including "Billionaire", "Nothin' On You" and "Just the Way You Are".

If he is convicted of possession of a controlled substance, he faces up to four years in prison and a $5,000 fine.

We will see if he gets out of this like everyone else famous.

Nah he will simply get a gentle slap on the hand and told to be a good boy by the judge.

As we have been discussing in here and have seen many, many times on TV, if your famous you are above ALL of the laws of this country and are able to do as you please when you please.

This was most likely a complete mistake. The arresting officer most likely didn't know who Bruno Mars was which is why he was even arrested in the first place.

It is sad but so true. Those living in the spotlight are able to get away with just about everything with out worry.I would love to see these judges finally grow some balls and start upholding the laws as they swore to do.

If you break the laws, then you should pay the price regardless as to who you are, who you know and where you live.

He isn't pretty like Paris and Lindsay so who knows. We will see. I have my doubts that he will get into any real trouble. This is his first offense as far as I know so they will take that into consideration. I don't care whether it's his first or tenth, they need to stop it now!

Welp, you were right. All he really got was a slap on the hand!

Bruno Mars had his day in court or at least a plea agreement. He agreed to 200 hours of community service, he has to attend drug counseling, probation for one year and a fine of $2,000.

Unbelievable. What will his community service be? A concert???

Bruno Mars and also Paris Hilton were both arrested for drugs in 2010. Well guess what. The District Attorney who helped prosecute the two of them was just arrested for the SAME EXACT CHARGES!!!!

What's going on in this world!

A cop actually spotted David Charles buying cocaine from a dealer on the street.
