Heidi Montag Hosted Vegas Halloween Party

Heidi Montag hosted Pure Nightclubs Halloween party and her sweetie, Spencer Pratt was there with her as well.



Heidi told the Las Vegas Review that she is glad to be back with Spencer again.

"Fortunately, we are together. So it's been a long summer, and we are together, and I'm so excited to be in Vegas together and to have our friends there."

I don't know if you remember them or not but they were on "The Hills". In my opinion Spencer is an idiot and she could do much better!

I have no idea what she wore as a costume for the party but she had plastic surgery not long ago and she she says she thinks she looks and feels better than ever.
