Vince Neil Accusations of Assault

Vince Neil of Motley Crew has been accused of assaulting a woman vacationing in Las Vegas in an elevator at Las Vegas Hilton.

In a video statement released to TMZ, Jessica Radovicz states that she was on an elevator on Sunday (September 5), when Neil stepped in with two women. Radovicz claims that she recognized Neil and asked, "Don't I know you from somewhere? Aren't you on TV?"

And then, she says, "All of the sudden, he yelled at me, grabbed me by the arms, [and] threw me against the wall."

A rep for the hotel, however, told TMZ that after reviewing surveillance tape of the elevator, they concluded that Radovicz's claims were unfounded. "We also understand that the local authorities have deemed her allegations to be without merit. Accordingly, we consider the matter closed," the spokesperson said.

Ya know it's a real shame if he did attack this woman but it's just as big of a shame if he didn't and his accuser is out for attention and money. I truly hope that they get to the bottom of this.
