Default Fontainebleau Design Changes

Fontainebleau Las Vegas Holdings LLC was in Bankruptcy court just the other day and I guess they have come up with a plan to keep the Las Vegas Resort's construction costs from getting more out of hand.

They have come up with different design plans for the resort. The resorts construction was costing $2.9 billion dollars but add the financing to that and they were looking at $3.175 billion dollars. That doesn't even count the equity investments. It was definitely becoming too much for the company to handle.

They also said that Miami developer Jeffrey Soffer, who controls the Fontainebleau companies is considering providing more finaning to get the project back on track.

I have not been able to find what specific design plans they have in mind but hopefully they will get everything worked out. I know that the jobs are desperately needed and this will be a help.
