Well here we are at the beginning of a new year. And boy am I glad the holidays are over and that we are headed into spring. A couple more months and we will be back to warmer weather.

I bet New Years in Vegas was as colorful and noisy as always and I will have to do some research and let you know what celebs spent their partying time this year in Vegas.

I was thinking of the same thing IluvVegas; Las Vegas was probably pretty darn noisey come 00:01 New Years Day.

I was watching the countdown on the tv and they showed Time Square and LA, but I didn't see Las Vegas in the televised event.

I missed it all!!! I went out for a bit but was home, asleep by 10:30pm. Didnt wake up till the next morning.

Yea, I bet it was noisy, and I do wish they would also televise the celebration in Las Vegas. I think it would be equally as fun to watch as the one in New York.

Well, the youngen is safely in school today, and boy, is it cold outside.

It was in the teens here this morning and now it's still under the freezing mark after one hour of sunlight.

The temps have been running the same here in Ohio although later this week it will be 47 degrees for the daytime high. I dont mind the cold as I dont go out when it is cold like this.

But, I cant wait till spring time. Lots of work to be done outside. And lots of gardening.
