figured as such. our society loves crisis and the media is happy to fuel the fire. world health organization says up to half a million people die every year from the regular flu. they also say they about 15% of the worlds population gets one form of influenza or another every year with about 5 million cases being severe. no one rioting in the streets over those numbers so i took "swine flu mania" with a grain of salt....
