Here is some good news for Las Vegas. A recent visitor tally shows more people are visiting Vegas. Four months in a row there have been more visitors which is exactly what the hotels, casinos and all else needed. But they say this might only be a temporary thing.
Last year the visitor volumn fell by 3%. In 2009 there were 36.4 million tourists, just one year before there were 37.5 million visitors.
Since September, visitor volumn has risen steadily. Thats after fifteen months of steady decline.
Some believe that they may have reached the bottom and things will continue to climb from here.

"We are comparing against some significant declines that we had in the latter half of last year, but the numbers suggest we have bottomed out," Bagger said.

I hope things are looking up for Vegas and that it remains that way. Vegas was hit really hard by the economy.
