Would Gamblers Like to Daytrade?

I am a Daytrader and I find that daytrading (Buy and sell stocks, futures, commodities etc.. in a matter of seconds or minutes and take a fast profit) is very similar to gambling (Uncertainty on the final result, adrenaline, collect a profit when you are right, using strategies to turn the odds on your favor). I have always wonder if gamblers would like to daytrade and I would like to have some imput on this issue from the gamblers´point of view. I thank in advance for your time.

I think that I might like to but would need to do some research before I started dropping money.

I like to gamble but I work within a budget so I wouldn't go to far outside of it on something that I knew little about.
