There is a bill in New Hampshire which if passes will make those giving pat downs and body scans in airports sexual offenders unless they have some serious probable causes for the searches.
This bill will make it that if someone is scanned or given a pat down that those who give the searches could be forced to register as sex offenders if probably cause for the search isn't established!!

If this bill passes in New Hampshire which many are hoping it will, it could be a matter of time that all other states follow suite?
I have never flown in my life so I don't know what airport security was like, however I do know after the 9-11 tragedy the amount of security at all airports was seriously increased to help keep the people safe. Even though it was a pain I would rather go through a lengthy security check than to have something like 9-11 ever happen again.
Because of all of this I am thankful that I don't fly, but for those who do I would imagine that getting searched or even scanned to be uncomfortable and embarassing as well, but isn't that all worth knowing that we won't have terrorists again taking over the planes killing thousands or more people??
