There will be some work being done this coming week and although I am unsure how it will affect your travel plans it may be important for you to know what, where and when.

Ongoing construction is scheduled to close lanes and ramps on Interstate 15 near the Las Vegas Beltway next week.
Three overnight closures are needed to allow crews to work on bridges as part of the massive I-15 South Design-Build Project, officials said. Each closure is scheduled for 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
The ramp from the eastbound beltway to southbound I-15 will be closed starting at 9 p.m. Sunday night.
The right lane of northbound I-15 will be closed Monday night between the new Sunset Road bridge and Russell Road.
The ramp from northbound I-15 to the beltway will be closed Wednesday night.
In addition to those closures, traffic on Russell Road has been moved to one side of the I-15 overpass, reducing traffic to two lanes in each direction. The lane reduction is expected to last for about eight months.
The I-15 project is widening the freeway between Blue Diamond Road and Tropicana Avenue. The $246.5 million project began in February and is scheduled to conclude in March 2012.

The planned construction is near the airport so you may need to plan your trip around any possible delays. I hate road construction but it is a necessary evil that makes our highways safer and much nicer to drive on.
