I found this really cool taxi fare calculator on the internet and had to share. This would probably really come in handy in Las Vegas!

It gives you an estimate of what it will cost to get from point A to point B in Las Vegas.

All you have to do is put in your starting address and the address where you want to go and what time of day.

It will tell you what it costs for the initial getting in the cab, the distance cost, waiting in traffic and the tip for a final total.

The only thing I don't care for is that it doesn't have a choice for am or pm which I am sure makes a difference.

How did they choose which cities they would include? It’s hard to believe that Paris is not on the list. Of course, they’ll probably include it and many others if the site becomes popular. Will World Taxi Meter expand its site and offer more than just a price estimate?

I'm wondering, is it free?

Most people go for the free stuff to get them the information they need, before they will pay for it.

Take Google Maps for instance; it's free and you can get directions to just about anywhere...

Just my thoughts on this topic.
