Default Triple Digit Heat

Oh wow, I just read that this weekend Las Vegas is to be greeted with triple digits in the heat department!

The temperature was supposed to reach 101 today and then 100 for the next two days, Saturday and Sunday.

If you are heading out to Vegas make sure you pack your shades and your swim suit because you are going to need them!!!

Once the weekend is over it's supposed to "cool" down to highs in the low to mid nineties!

I really don't knwo how people can stand that kind of heat! I guess I'd just have to stay inside of the casino because I'd melt into a puddle!

I live in Ohio and when it hits about 85, I am dying! We get a lot of humidity though and that makes it bad.

Yep that is definitely hot but they dont have the humidity we do, so that is one plus.

One thing you do have to do out there is make sure to stay hydrated and take some body lotion with you as your skin will dry out, so daily use is absolutely necessary.

But I say, heat or no heat, lets pack our bags, catch a flight west, and play the slots till we drop.

All I can say is... Have you booked the flights? lol! I can have my bags packed in a heartbeat lol!

Ya, the humidity certainly isn't what it is here. It's aweful here at times.

All the more reason to stay inside the casinos, catch some great shows, and get a cold drink with an umbrella in it at the pool!

I'm with you guys--heat without humidity is definitely manageable. You can still have good hair days in triple-digit weather.

I don't know if I could handle that kind of heat. I would most likely not be able to go outside at all. I know that I really don't like to see the heat go passed 75 degree's.

Yeah I do much better in cooler weather, though again I am not into cold either. I suffer through Winter every year, lol.

Though even though it does get really hot out there, I would jump on the chance to be there at any time!! I too could easily have my bags packed in a matter of minutes,LOL, to bad no one I know is heading out that way any time soon.

Though hopefully next year that will change.
