Monte Carlo- Kid Friendly Hotel

If you plan to take a trip to Las Vegas with the whole family you will want to find a hotel that is kid friendly and a reasonable price as well. I have been told that one of the best places that meets the criteria is the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino.

Their prices are reasonable and there are some things the kids can do without being around a lot of adults smoking or those who may be dressed scantily. Remember Vegas is an adult playground so there are lots of places that you probably wouldn't want to take the kids or things you wouldn't want them to see! The Monte Carlo seems to be pretty safe.

They have halls that allow the kids to get around the hotel without having to walk through the casino. I think that is great.

There are lots of things close by for them to do too. There is a food court, right next door at the NY-NY there is an arcade, the showcase mall across the street has movie theaters and the Excaliber, which is just a short distance away has the midway area for kids.

There are other kid friendly places in Vegas as well but this one is priced pretty good from what I understand.

That is great that they have that for families. But for me I do not believe in taking kids to Vegas.

I can't help it , I just feel that is not a place for kids. It is just my opinion!

I understand where you are coming from. Las Vegas is more adult oriented. These days though, they are bringing in more things for kids to do and families as a whole which is great.

I think if I were going to be taking the kids to Vegas I would bring a long a babysitter so that I could have some freedom to do some of the things that I'd like to do such as clubbing and seeing some of the shows that are probably not really appropriate for kids. The sitter could take the kids to some of the places more age appropriate for them while I go and do my thing lol!
