Thats not too shabby at all! I have been hearing that now is the time to go to Vegas. The offers are unreal right now. I wish I were going!!!!

I bet there are other places that are offering similar specials right now. I think shopping around for the best prices is for the best.

The Rio is not a bad looking casino. Haven't stayed there but have played there.

Best of all is they have free shuttles to other Harrah's casinos so you can get around without all those taxi fares.

Oh, thats really cool that they offer free shuttles to the other harrah's casinos. I bet you could save a bundle on the cab fares. You would have some extra gaming money to spend lol!

My mother just came back from Vegas last week and told me yesterday that the cab driver told them that they had closed one of the towers at Rio

Hello there allygovols and welcome to the Vegas Forum.

I was going to Vegas this year, but right now with the Swine Flu scare, I think I will just stay home away from any potential illnesses.

Hopefully the economy will pick up soon, and all will be as it was in Vegas. It is a fantastic place to vacation and there is so much to do there.

But now with the flu scare on top of the economy, I fear that there will be even less travelers going to Vegas now.

Do you know why? Maybe renovation? Harrahs renovated everything not too long ago... Or is it the economy? Vegas is pretty hard hit...

Thanks for the info allygovols.

I would like to visit the Rio casino one day.

I think they have the WSOP tournaments there just about every year.
