The only time I'll play maximum coins is if I have enough money and if it's a penny per line or a nine line game on a nickle machine, but sometimes that can get expensive real quick.

Plus, I generally start out playing a slot machine with two coins per line and then bump up the wager if I get no reaction from the slot game, then move to another one.

Most times, playing the maximum coins even on a penny slot can be quite difficult if that machine isnt hitting well and playing the maximum coins is not necessary for a nice win.

I have played penny slots playing 2 coins per line and eventually cashed out for over a thousand dollars so playing the maximum coins would be good but not a guarantee that the machine would hit using a max bet.

So to me, if I can cash out for that much money on a lower bet, its great.
